Following WhatsApp, Apple is going to launch Business Chat in iMessage

After the WhatsApp Business, Apple is going to launch Business Chat in iMessage for its users.

According to the company Apple, "Business Chat is a new way for users to communicate directly with businesses right within Messages. This feature will launch in Beta with the public availability of iOS 11.3 this spring."

Apple announced about this feature in iMessage at the Apple's Worldwide Developer Conference. They said, "With 'Business Chat', it's easy to have a conversation with a service representative, schedule an appointment or make purchases using Apple Pay in the Messages app."

The one of the best attraction of this new feature is that it doesn't reveals any of the user's information with businesses and also the user can stop chatting anytime when they want.
