World's smallest phone 'Zanco tiny t1'

UK company’s Kickstarter campaign has claimed Zanco tiny t1 to be the smallest phone in the world. According to company, it is smaller than a human thumb and is lighter than a coin.

According to reports, the campaign has achieved a goal of $29,524 (approx. Rs 18.92 lakh) of its $33,480 (approx. Rs 21.45 lakh).

Zanco, said the tiny t1 a 'talk and text phone'. It has alphanumeric keyboard. The dimensions of phone are 46.7 X 21 X 12 mm with a weight of 13 grams according to the company, Zanco.

The Zanco tiny t1 has connectivity options like 2G, Bluetooth, and Micro-USB. It will be available in two 2G band frequencies, 850/1900 and 900/1800. But it will not support 3G or 4G frequencies.

The device supports single Nano SIM and can store up to 50 SMS messages and 50 call logs (incoming/outgoing included). It has a 32 MB of RAM and 200mAH battery.

The phone does not have any internet access, but the bottom of the device has a mic and a loudspeaker.

Zanco is currently offering a price down under offer 'Super Early Bird' that brings the price of the phone to EUR 30 (approx. Rs. 2,280). It will be shipped to most parts of the country from May 2018.
