  4. Enter your Ration Card number, Aadhaar number, Mobile number and your Email Address.
  5. You will receive OTP on your registered number which you will need to enter to continue the process.
After successful verification of the details provided by the officials, you will receive a notification informing you that your Aadhaar card has been linked to your ration card.

Offline - 
  1. Visit the nearest Ration Office and submit to documents listed below:
  2. Once documents submitted by you is verified by the relevant department, you will notified by SMS or email.
  • Photocopy of Aadhaar Card
  • Photocopy of Ration Card
  • Photocopy of Bank Passbook (in case you have not linked your bank account with your Aadhaar Card yet)
  • One passport sized photograph of the head of the family
